i romani non furono solo abili ingegneri, ma anche eccezionali maestri nell'edilizia ecosostenibile (nonostante all'epoca non fosse urgente come oggi avere attenzione e premura verso questo tema). Uno studio archeologico americano ha, infatti, ipotizzato che Pompei fu costruita, in parte, con rifiuti appositamente riciclati e riutilizzate per semplificare e rendere meno onerosa la sua costruzione.
Anche nell'ecosostenibilità i romani avevano qualcosa da insegnarci!
